Our 1/8th bundle is a standard package we have our butcher put together for us. The general breakdown of cuts is listed below. All meat will be vacuum sealed and ready to put in your freezer!
1/8 Bundle (approx. 43 lbs of meat):
- 2 chuck roast
- 2 flat iron
- 3 delmonico
- 3 NY Strip
- 2 tenderloin
- 2 sirloin steak
- 1 london broil
- 1 rump roast
- 15 packs ground beef (1 lb packs)
- 5 – 20oz. packs beef patties
- 2 lbs beef cubes (1 lb packs)
- 2 lbs chipsteak (1 lb packs)
Payment and Refund Policy:
The balance for your order must be paid at pickup, and we accept cash, check, or Venmo only. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable.
Freezer Space Requirements:
Depending on the weight of your customized cuts, you'll need ample freezer space to store your bulk order. We recommend ensuring you have enough room to accommodate approximately 2 cubic feet per 50 pounds of meat.
