These meaty drumsticks are perfectly seasoned in a brine and then lightly smoked. They are wonderful cooked on the grill and make a great picnic favorite. The drumsticks have 4 or 5 larger tendons within, but easily separate from the meat, and the delicious meat surrounding them makes it well worth eating!
